Very family friendly community. I love the space of my unit. Not to far from shopping centers and fast food restaurants. The playground and pool area is always clean and safe❤️❤️ Management is very friendly and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Prices are very affordable. I definitely would recommend.

Management and rules drastically changed in about 2 years. I was informed I was able to rent here, but now all that's changed. Of course when I looked here then, they had no working swimming pools, no exercise area, and everything else was in disarray. Rent somewhere else where they are up front, instead of taking application fees only to tell you "NO".

Management is RUDE. Literally, just left the building. I made an appointment to see an available 3 bedroom. Took the time out of my day to see a 3 or 2 bedroom unit. I get to the appointment and the manager does not even greet us. After she walks around for a minute, she addresses us and let us know that we can see a one bedroom model. That’s not what I requested and that is not what I was told over the phone. I was told that there was a three bedroom available and that we will be able to see it. She kept talking about the three times the rent and the credit score as if someone did not meet those qualifications. When I left, I called back up there cause I was a little Irritated. That’s when I was told that they don’t show the units that you’re supposed to be renting. They only show the mod
