Enclave Oakhurst Village

A change for the better!! There was a new company that took over in October of 2023, and man, was I excited. It took a minute to get everyone's contact information, our old company never kept good records, but this new team, they are on it. They have helped clen up the community, get rid of some of the bad elements that used to live here, the property looks great too. The new maintenance guy, he is great, and the manager is always there to help us even though she is a few miles away. I am glad I renewed my lease and am looking forward to seeing the continued improvements for the complex. n my next lease Im moving to one of the bigger floor plans. I have lived at this community for a two years now and I have noticed a HUGE improvement in the last 7 months. It is always a slow process in the beginning when someone new comes in and takes charge of making a positive change but man has LaLa done that! I have never had an issue getting in touch since she has been here and the minor maintenance issues I have encountered have been taken care of so fast, I barely knew I had them to begin with. YOU GUYS ROCK.

I ain’t gone hold you, I was ready to break my lease and move this time last year. Things have changed drastically and I believe it’s due to being under new management. Miss Lala is great and makes things so much better :)

Since the management has change, this place is now ran so much better. They answer my calls and have a quick response time. It's like a different property.
