I used to live here for a few years. It was TERRIBLE, I could write a huge paragraph explaining all the terrible experiences I had here. I'll try to summerize as best as possible. Roaches crawling in from outside through the door and every hole in the unit, terrible terrible terrible TERRRRIIBBLLEE maintenance, management is ALWAYS changing you'll have a new property manager every month, YOU have to pay for any repairs or replacements to the unit REGARDLESS if it's because of their SHODDY REMODLING [READ YOUR CONTRACT], the laminate is poorly put in so if it rains water leaks in and gets BENEATH the laminate, laminate caving in in multiple parts of the unit, trash always had a TON of unwanted furniture piled up beside it and it sat for weeks, and you can forget about even trying to speak t

If there was a way to leave a negative number of stars, I would. Lived here for a year, worst year of my life. There were roaches, ants, termites, mold (literally had a mushroom grow out of our wall, maintenance said they "couldn't" do anything about it). Maintenance basically slapped bandaids on everything, and management could never be bothered to answer the phone or be onsite. The people living there let their dogs run around off leash and I was nearly attacked by dogs several times. Management did literally nothing. Look somewhere else, and box under a bridge would be better.

Rent here if you want to over pay. No modern updated interior in homes. Infested property. Also, known as Apollo Beach Villas ⛱️ 🤣
