April is the best property manager for such an awesome place to live! Love seeing dolphins while walking the dog. Florida doesn't get better than this. Finally live in paradise!! ♥️

Before these Hurricanes the manager Toni and Will the maintenance were always professional, kind and resolved issues in a timely manner. It was a great experience with a neighborhood -camaraderie - pools were always nice and clean. Beautiful views and lots of nearby shops and walking areas for your fur babies. I will definitely miss living there. They really tried their hardest after the hurricane Helene. It was extremely difficult for everyone!! Toni has an outstanding attitude and always had a cool head on her shoulders.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s crucial to share my neighborly experience with at Pilar’s Harbour Apartments to get the attention of upper management, as the on-site managers seem indifferent to the ongoing issues. I have lived across the canal for over 10 years and have never encountered the problems that have arisen recently. Over the past several months, there has been a persistent problem with kids running on the seawall, screaming loudly at all hours of the evening, regardless of the day with no parents around. While I understand they're just having fun, their behavior is incredibly disrespectful and unsafe. Just this past weekend, someone was blasting music so loudly—that it was shaking my house. I really don’t understand how Pilars Harbour Apartments is receiving such positive reviews. I tried to reach them multiple times by phone to inquire about renting two different apartments for my employees, but I never received a call back and when I finally did get a hold of them, I was told that there was no apartments available even though their website showed they had 2 beds 1 bath available. I decided to visit in person, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Upon arrival, I was greeted rather rudely by Scott. It was clear he had far more important things to deal with than helping a prospective tenant that was wanting to lease multiple apartments. I thought I’d give it another shot, so I took it upon myself to walk around and see if I could tell what units were available, if any. Dur

This is an amazing community. Leah and Scott have made it such a nice community. Very responsive on maintenance requests and again makes you feel like an actual home while being an apartment. If anyone of my family or friends are looking for a place I will always recommend this community. Love it here
