Tapestry East Bay Apartments

Only been here a month but already feels like we’ve been here for a year! Really nice people at the office, great doggy spa and beautiful gym facilities. Food trucks are scheduled pretty often with a variety of different kinds. We absolutely LOVE our apartment and look forward to all the beautiful memories we will be making over the next year. Just went to my first Tapestry event and it was cool. I look forward to participating in more of them!

I toured these apartments today and was truly impressed! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very welcoming. What really stood out to me, though, was the transparency and professionalism of the Assistant Office Manager, Brittany. Brittany was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident in the information she provided. Her energy was amazing warm, positive, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. We definitely need more Brittanys in the world! Thank you for such a great experience.

We love living here at Tapestry Heights, we just renewed our lease for a second year. We have a bottom floor which ours has a pet yard, it's perfect because my dog loves sitting outside. They also have a pet bathing building with 2 washing stations and a serious drying area...no more damp dog! My dog is reactive when leash walking; there are several beautiful walking areas that we dont have to worry about that. I thought valet trash was weird...now I'm spoiled! I've had a few maintenance things pop up and they are knocking on my door so quickly...which has really impressed me. Did I mention the staff? The office team and the maintenance team have been great. The pool area is nice and welcoming as I've needed it for therapy lately. The grounds are kept very clean as I never see trash or deb

Living here really makes me enjoy life. It’s so peaceful, the residents are friendly and the staff are so sweet and easy to work with. They’re receptive to your needs, and always do their best to meet them and make you feel comfortable. Everyone seems to keep to themselves for the most part which is nice lol, but you still always feel the community. Everyone looks to help each other here, there’s fun events in the CLEAN community room sometimes, food trucks that come regularly, and so much more. I’m so thankful to call it home here and be a part of a place like this. Every time I show someone my apartment, they say it’s like a resort- this is my personal paradise 🥹 & Special thanks to Nicole, Brittany and Aleena for making things so much easier and comfortable!! 🙌💗

When I first moved here it used to feel like a decent, family friendly place where people respected one another and actually cared about keeping things clean. Now it feels like a completely different world. The noise, the trash, the lack of respect, everything has just gotten out of control. There is loud music at all hours of the night, people yelling outside, slamming doors, and acting like they live in a party house instead of a community. The stairwells constantly smell like weed and it hits you before you even get to your front door. It is not just once in a while either, it is every single day. People leave garbage and empty boxes of food sitting in the hallways and on the stairs. Drinks get spilled everywhere and no one bothers to clean it up. Some residents even bring out chairs
