Edgewater Vista Apartments

If you scroll down, the reviews made by tenants that stated that they have been here for years are 100% accurate. The community has gone down since Cindy, our previous leasing manager, left. We no longer have access to the laundry room (it has been locked for weeks), people are constantly being kicked out with all of their items placed outside in a parking spot, the turnover rate for our maintenance team is extremely high, and often times when you communicate with Kathy she will try to talk over you. I noticed that a lot of the good reviews on here have been “edited”. Seems as though they are not only asking people to leave positive reviews, but also edit their current review. Im praying that things get better soon…

I’m now rating this apartment complex four stars due to the recent improvements in effective communication and overall treatment from the leasing office. The new staff members who have been hired are pleasant, personable, responsive, and respectful. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Kathy’s improved and pleasant demeanor, which has made our interactions much more comfortable and positive. Although I had a rough experience when I first moved in last year, the changes that have been made have truly made a difference. Because of this, I’m now considering renewing my lease this year. I would also love the opportunity to contribute ideas that could help strengthen our community, which would help compensate for the current lack of amenities and resident events here. I went into the office today to inquire about moving in and I was greeted by Ciara, she was so pleasant, nice, and overall welcoming. She answered all of my questions, and gave me an extremely great feeling about the community and staff. I will be submitting an application. Thank you so much Ciara!!

Officially Made a 1year here and it has definitely been worth it.... My boyfriend and I was apartment hunting this time last year and we looked at the 3 surrounding apartments in the area, the 1st apartment did not have any apartments ready at the time 2nd apartment it was ok but it was not what we thought it was going to be, the pool was nice(lol) but it wasn't what we expected..3rd apartment... Home Sweet Home: "Edgewater Vista"!! Living here it felt right and real of course you going to have "ups and downs" but for the most part all of our "downs" were taking care of right away with the great and wonderful staff Ms. Kathy and Jhourdan thanks for being understandable ladies and willing to come up with a game plan to understand needs and major concerns.
