Eagle Rock Apartments at Maplewood

I've lived here for about 2 years and absolutely LOVE IT, minus the rent 🤣🤣🤣. The community is safe, quiet and kid friendly, with the dead end street, minus the few maniacs that speed through. There were issues with cars loitering, which Maplewood police immediately corrected. Maintenace issues are addressed immediately. Pablo is the best technician hands down from any place I have ever lived in my 30 plus years as a renter. The rest is high, but you do get amenities, I guess it's market rent in NJ, that's the only complaint. Pablo, I so appreciate you and all you do, you are A++++ friendly, helpful, polite, respectful, all around terrific!!!

I appreciated my time at Eagle Rock Maplewood. The community was well-maintained, quiet, with pleasant neighbors. The management was always responsive and helpful, and the super ALWAYS went above and beyond. Whenever I had an issue (nothing out of the ordinary, just things that pop up, like a radiator breaking), they were quick to address. If my living needs weren't changing, I would've stayed much longer. For the price and the location, it's a fantastic option.

The staff at Eagle Rock are AMAZING! They have been so sweet and kind to my husband and I through out this entire move-in process. We were told that due to covid-19 there would be shipping delays on our furniture pieces causing us to place our orders in advance. We originally had delivery dates schedule for the day of or after our scheduled move-in date. To our surprise two of our packages came a WEEK early. I contacted Lori and she immediately provided us with a solution. My husband and I are so excited to begin our new journey together at Eagle Rock Apartments and could not Thank the staff enough for their support. Looking for a new place to live can be a stressful time, especially for those who have never done so before, which was my case. It was my first time searching for my own apartment, but Kanika Williams made it as easy as pie. My first visit at Maplewood Gardens was amazing! All I could think about was how peaceful and quiet it looked. And after viewing the apartment and seeing the amenities, I was sold! Ms. Williams made me feel like I was entering my home, a place I could call home for years and eventually raise my future family. It's now been 4 months, and I love it here!

Maplewood is Beautiful! The Township is safe and a little charm ! The townhomes are a “hidden gem”. Family and Friends Loveeeeeee our home! Heat and Hot water, sewer, trash, and 2 parking space is included! Excellent Package Deal! There is a new management, that’s not as great as the previous one, which is only reason why I gave a four star. The quality service & professionalism could be better.
