Parc at Maplewood Station

From day one of going through the process Debbie was hands down so very helpful and friendly. Everything went well and within not even a week I saw several apartments and was approved a couple days later and in my new home. I couldn’t be happier. I love being so close to Maplewood Village and all the little shops and restaurants. The train to work is just a couple minutes walk and I am thrilled that I do not have to drive to the station for daily parking. The building is so beautiful and I am so very happy to be part of this community. Everyone I have met has been great. Big thanks to Debbie, Adolfo and Girard for making this a pleasant experience.

I am completely in love. This place is just amazing. Big, beautiful, and QUIET apartments. Great amenities. WALKING DISTANCE to the train station. The people who live in the building are super friendly and there's a sense of community, but everyone respects each others' privacy. Again, just can't say how happy I am to have found this place.

This is an awesome place to live. The management is helpful and accommodating, the residents are super friendly, the apartments are updated and sunny, the building is very nicely kept and has a warm, cozy feel. The location can't be beat. I highly recommend this building.

You don't want to live here if you actually want to always have access to your apartment. The lock system is awful and there are times when your key pad to your door will not work and you are stuck. It is an awful system.

This is an awesome place to live. The management(Debbie and Adolfo) are very helpful and accommodating. This place is 3 minute from the maplewood train station, which goes to penn station. It is also minutes from the historic Maplewood downtown.
