Maplewood Crossing by Elite Properties

I have been living here for just about a year and I must say, I am very happy. The place is always kept very clean, with cleaning staff on the property multiple times a week. Also, snow cleaning up outside is done very well using contractors and a tractor. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Additionally, management is very quick to respond to requests and quickly send updates and reminders of any work or changes that will be done in advance. Lastly, it is a very quiet and calm environment. I would highly recommend Maplewood Crossing to anyone; and it is why I am renewing my lease for another year.

I have been living at the Maplewood Crossing apartments for four years now. My overall experience has been great. The apartments are really nice inside and have a very modern look. The lobby area with the lounge next to it are really nice as well. The maintenance is great with the maintenance persons showing up very soon after you place the order online. I think the look of the complex from the outside is really nice as well. I really like the fact that the complex is right next to a park.

I rented this apartment remotely and Bonita was so much help. She held the apartment for me while I got all my documents sent to her and was very responsive. Complex is quiet and clean and everyone is delightful. Close to everything and quick drive to train to get into NYC for work. The super Jose is also awesome and gets things fixed very quickly. Gave me an in depth tour of the whole complex the day I moved in.

It's been such a pleasure living at Maplewood Crossing! The building and grounds are well maintained, everything is nearby including a park, rec center and senior center. There's a nice trail to walk on. My apartment is delightful with everything that was on my "wish list." The building was well designed with high ceilings, crown molding, central air and heat, my favorite dark wood cabinets, wood floors, plenty of closet space, stainless steel appliances and a full side washer/dryer. I also enjoy garage parking and a balcony. In the far distance I can see Manhattan which is an extra added bonus!

My girlfriend and I were looking to upgrade where we lived and we found Maplewood Crossing in Maplewood. We were sold on moving into the Maplewood Crossing Apartments after our first visit. Our apartment is beautiful, full of useful amenities, and in the perfect area for us. Moving during the pandemic posed some challenges, however the staff at the complex was more than accommodating!!! They have done everything possible to make our move super easy. They took time out of their day to answer all of our questions quickly and promptly. They were completely transparent during every step of our moving process. I also love how easy their tenant portal is to use and navigate. We are still getting settled in, but we cant wait to take advantage of the amenities in the complex and enjoy the neighb
