I really tried to be a good tenant, but unfortunately, my experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing. It often felt like they cared more about collecting rent than maintaining their properties or treating tenants fairly. Maintenance requests were met with long delays and excuses. For example, I was left without a working refrigerator for months before they finally addressed it — and only after I sent a certified mail request, which they responded to exactly 30 days after it was delivered. It also seems like they manage far more properties than their maintenance staff can reasonably handle, which might explain the constant delays and lack of follow-up. They let you know as soon as maintenance is able to come fix what needs to be fixed & they work with you when you reach hard times! They communicate well & they respond in a timely manner. I leave on Chippendale st Deltona and the lady's at Dynamic Real Estate have been wonderful to us in the 4 years leaving in one of there houses even in or hard times they have help us even when I had my heart attack they help us out by working with us when we got back up Ann can be heard to work with sometimes but she is good in heart ❤️ thank you lady's for everything you do.
