Driftwood Apartments

These apartments are definitely not worth the price, I have to fight with my parking neighbors over my reserved spot because they have like four cars they park there. They have actually gotten into my face and screamed at me over MY parking spot. I've seen people right next door to me in B2 like to piss outside during a parties. I've had kids WALK up to my living room window knock on it and scare me and my cats. The dumpster area is so bad people just leave it outside the area and let it pile up. Someone threw away a fender one day then they blame the residents for the mice problem. Homeless people everywhere. I feel super unsafe here to be honest. Like sleeping on benches throughout the apartment. Also they hide in the dumpster area at night and go through the garbage. They also sleep

I had a great experience working with the leasing agents at The Driftwood Apts. Tierra Nassenstein was the one who helped me the most, I had a problem with my credit and she mentioned this Guarantor Program, and she also helped me fill out all the paperwork online. Tierra was so patient and helpful I could not have done it without her. She showed me the apartment I was to lease and I couldn’t be happier. It had been renovated and exactly what I needed. I am really satisfied with the entire process. Thank You Tierra Nassenstein for everything. I would definitely refer these apartments to anyone looking.

Terrible place to live. Small apartments that haven't been renovated in years. Upon move-in you are stuck with cleaning up trash left behind from the previous tenants. The property management are never available when you call. Mailbox is full. Dog crap is left all around and I've had to actually pick up other dogs poop thinking it was my own dog's poop! The trash dumpsters are always full. People can be seen digging through the garbage all the time and riding bikes throughout the property at all hours of the night. Theft is a huge issue here. I've personally had an air conditioner unit stolen from my car that was inside my trunk. A police report was made. One neighbor had their car stolen. Once a person shot bullets into the buildint nextdoor and it damaged the siding of the building. A la

9/24 this is like the third time in a week the cops have been here. Same people too. Pretty sure criminal activity is against the lease?! Nice little property. The office people, at least James (I think his name is) is very rude Every time I tried to talk to him (or anyone) about a issue they are acting like I am annoying them. I had to get a security camera because my packages get stolen so often! They send out notices about people smoking but then I see James smoking his vape on property by the doors and everyone still smokes everywhere. The neighbors leave crap all over their front patio. (Which they sent out notices about how your patios need to be clean!) The homeless in the apartment is ridiculous, I know cause they sleep all around the apartments, security is a joke, we supposedly

EDIT: DO NOT RENT APART 2C-03 it’s ready to rent and probably smells still!! All I know is if you remove dead dogs that have been sitting in apartment for five days or so, in the heat you should really give everyone in the vicinity a warming. That smell? Was horrific and I had to smell it as my windows were open on a hot day then just the smell of death permeated my apartment. I feel bad for the neighbors and I CANNOT imagine how that smelled to them. I’m in an apartment across the way and still smelled it. Seriously traumatized. I hope everyone in that building gets a discount for the month for that!! I wish I could !! Definitely moving out as soon as my lease is up.
