I had an absolutely seamless experience with DHI Title throughout my entire home loan process. From start to finish, the communication was clear, and the team made what can often be a stressful journey feel incredibly smooth. I want to give a huge shout-out to my loan officer, Brent, and my loan processor, Matthew. They were both awesome to work with! Brent was knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions, while Matthew kept everything on track and organized keeping the timeline moving forward without any hiccups. Their professionalism and efficiency are top-notch. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with DHI Title. This was honestly one of the worst home-buying experiences I’ve ever had — and by far the worst among anyone I know. Loan Officer Victoria was completely unprofessional: she rarely answered calls, sent very casual and poorly written emails, and kept requesting unnecessary documents from my employer, even contacting my boss directly in an unprofessional manner. They gave me a confirmed closing date, so I flew from Miami, paid for my flight and hotel, and when I arrived, the closing didn’t happen. No one could give me a clear explanation. Terrible service all the way around from this title company. Probably one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with being a Realtor. From the start the communication was horrible - leading up to closing and the day of, and after are no different. They also charged me a fee because my bank rejected my commission check because they wired incorrectly. I’d give 0 stars if I could on this one.

Horrible customer service. The people that work here are very incompetent and have zero customer service. Their loan officer wasn’t helpful through the process, I had to call various times to figure out what documents they needed. The escrow officer gave me false information about the closing which caused my family more expenses since we were moving out of state. During the closing, the assigned notary, Stephanie, was very rude and gave false information about receiving the keys to the house. Overall, everyone that I encountered in this title company has zero customer service and needs to be trained on how to communicate and talk to their customers.

50 mins wait for a cash buyer. Although customer service people r great. Their closing site needs an overhauling and communication can be better.
