My reasoning of giving a 3 , My loan officer treated me like this wasn’t the biggest purchase of my life, was not helpful at all then he says I should have asked questions when you’re a first time home buyer you don’t really know what to ask when I called he first acted like I was getting on his nerves I can say so much more. Never was informed that the house was an inventory house until I said something about not having gutters on the home which I was told would be on there on my last walk through I was stressed so bad I was forgetting things but my realtor Kimberly Helton kept me together and the seller Melinda I’d it was for them I would have crashed

I was completely clueless about buying my first home but I worked with Michael Nguyen and he was with me every step of the process from pre qualification to closing. He went the extra mile without being asked even though I consider myself low maintenance. It made me feel very appreciated as I started the process extremely stressed due to the complete unknown. His prompt guidance and fantastic customer service continually kept me reassured until I was handed the keys at closing. I could not be happier now that I am in my new home!!

We read reviews and still decided to move forward with using DHI Mortgage. We had Vonnie as our Loan Officer. She was very communicative throughout the process. If we had questions, she always responded or directed us to the party who could. We also worked with Nathan as our Loan Processor. Both are extremely professional and responsive. I am glad we went with DHI. It was a great experience!
