Derrydown Quads & Houses

I’ve lived here for a year, love the location, feels like i’m renting my own house. Relatively quiet. Haven’t had any serious issues. Just wish there were washer/dryer hook ups in the quads. Laundry can be a doozy

I lived here and do not recommend. Both property managers and the company were dishonest/underhanded in an issue. My apt was robbed multiple times, and car broken into on separate occasion. I alsi had the R word happen in the parking lot next to my building, late at night. Neighbors a few buildings down were attacked at gunpoint on their porch at night. Management ignored all of it and did nothing to help increase safety. It's very dark at night and when I put solar lights that I paid for to help my building, they were destroyed or taken by yard crew. Crew also stole things from my porch/garden.

First, PSA: 724 Derrydown Way recently had black mold. I was sick for the last 8 months I was there, and they let me out of my lease early to tear down the walls and properly check for mold. However, before we even had the walkthrough, they were already patching up and painting the walls. The apartment was honestly infuriating to live in. I lived there for two years. We had little things breaking constantly, and the appliances are very old. There was a leak under the sink within a few months of living there, and they never really fixed it. Just a month before I moved out, the maintenence man came to check the fire extinguisher. They yelled out that it was expired then never came out to give me a new one. Once, the doorknob to the only bathroom just stopped turning, so we had to break thro

Rat infested! Reasonable rent for the area. Recently the manager resigned and now I've noticed and increase in rat activity and flies. I think the new manager has reduced the pest control. Rats carry diseases and are very smart so cutting that corner is a bad idea. If they didn't reduce the pest control then they need to take extra measures.
