Decatur Lofts

From my personal experience living here almost everything was great! The apartments are spacious and the leasing office is always polite and helpful to me! Yes there are J’s in the vacant lot next to the apartment but they don’t bother you and for $1100 a month who cares. Same size apartments are going for $1800-2000. The ONLY reason that I’m moving out is because the bugs are too much of a problem! It doesn’t matter how clean you are there will be B U G S. If they could get that problem solved I would have more than loved to renew my lease!

This is probably going to be the realest review here. I lived here a year. If you need someone to be and quickly come here. They do have roaches but i cleaned well and didn’t see any after. When i moved of course i saw a few bugs. It’s mainly management being Liszt and not being accountable. They charged me more for washer dryer hookup when i moved in for my dryers wall panel to not have the out let it needs to hook up the hose. After a week and a half of complaining to maintenance he “rigged” it to make it work. The apartment was dirty when i moved in and they never cleaned, discounted me for it. There was a crack in my ceiling the ENTIRE year i moved they’re that leaked water when it rained. Saidah lied to the courts about fixing it. The maintenance man will say he’s coming back to fix

I was self evicted, the leasing lady saidah and the old maintenance cut my power, i had mold,roaches,leaks and the maintenance painted over my mold and used my flower pot to catch water from the leak. You will get a flat tire just driving through due to nails everywhere.the leasing lady lowered peoples rent if they made her food.she left for break every morning and didnt come back till it was time to lock the leasing office up. My lawyers are building a case now. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Not a very good experience 😕. Not a good location. I would not want to walk that way at night unless I was packing🔫🗡🏹🪃🪓🤷🏾‍♂️. I was approached by some guy, trying to explain that he was just sweeping the walkway (He did a great job), and not hanging around people's door. I didn't feel secure 😕.
