The manager here must be pretty good because the parking lot is spotless the landscaping is done the property is in pretty good condition considering the age. a little teach I erflowing from the dumpster but hard to fault the management on that. I met one long time resident and he was really cool and said he highly recommended the complex. It's a small complex but he said it stays pretty quiet.

I've been living here for almost 4yrs. My rent has gone from $1500 to $1840 which is what I pay now. I live in an apt where the floors are uneven and sinking. Management tells me in order to fix it I would have to move out but then tell me they will document it so I won't be responsible. My master tub keeps breaking it's seal and they keep sending the same companies out that don't work all the while im without a bathroom. They don't care about there tenant and don't offer any compensation for the trouble in there faulty apts. Don't move here signed a tenure resident.

Took a tour. The grounds do not seem well kept. The enviroment of all was off-putting. The unit was nice but you can tell the apartments are very old, just repainted with new appliances. The pricing was in my budget. However, after asking the property manager "What's the crime rate like here?", I knew I would keep looking.He had this odd snappy attitude (maybe it was just due to him being gay,which I could tell he was). His response to me was "Well, I don't live here so I don't know. You can call the local P.D and ask."
