I've lived here two years now, overall security is great. I appreciate that for the area we're in. Old management wasn't that great but new management is amazing at keeping up with work orders and overall being helpful to our community. If I could give 10 stars I would.
The management is really taking care of the property and all the employees are absolutely really nice and helpful... The residents are family oriented, and are very nice... I feel totally safe here...unfortunately, the apartments are very small. I Love it and will miss it when we will leave.
Cottonwood is well kept management is fantastic, Brianna, is a great manager, cottonwood hv a great work out cabana. The maintenance crew is the best in town, Alfredo get things done quickly, cottonwood is the best apts in town, best on the market.
The staff is great! The are knowledgeable and show empathy which is hard to find now a days. Would definitely recommend!
Called and emailed them about Security deposit refund. No received it yet.
