The maintenance here work hard to get the job done. Even though there could be a hold due to waiting to get a new part for whatever it may be in your unit. But it's well worth the wait! The neighborhood is quiet and you have no worries about when it comes to break-ins or your vehicle being broke into. This is an all around good place to live!

My daughter lives there it is decent management is allowing anyone to move in smoking weed all day , not being employed teens walking all night. When my daughter moved in back in 2010 it was really nice a lot has changed.
My experience with Columbia Village has been awesome. I was told a date when the unit will be ready and I received a call on that date. The application process was easy and fast. Great customer service and nice community. Ready to be apart of Columbia Village community. Thanks Ms. Erica and Ms. Van.
What a difference Ms. Jennifer has made in community engagement and making residents feel at ease. I enjoy the community subscription to keep me up to date with everything in the Village.
