Charles James, Community Manager has exercises outstanding performance in his various areas of expertise. He handles problems objectively with discretion. He is friendly, helpful, courteous, and sharp minded to rectify situations. Maintenance has shown responsibility to get the job done promptly and professionally, being courteous and respectful to residents. The Assistant Community Manager, Kai, is apt to make appropriate relationships. She seems to be principle oriented to do what is right. She handles tasks well, and seems to learn quickly. She helps the residents in various ways. Marion has done an exceptional job cleaning this property. He has thoroughly cleaned everything and the place glows because of his diligence and thoroughness in cleaning. He is friendly, courteous, and respect

My mother lives Columbia Senior Resident at Forrest hills. Since she has been a resident here, which is not even a year. She has items stolen from her apartment when she is out. They refused to give her the second key that they offered her during lease signing, and no one knows where the other key is so they have been going in her apartment without her knowledge and taking her stuff. She was also Told that she cannot pay her rent and a different date and paying her water bill so they refuse the rent check Until she pays her water bill at the same time. She tried to pay a little bit more money on her water bill, and they refused to take the check, which is a cashiers check. She moved to this Community because of the gated community now the gate doesn’t work she had to complain about not hav

I don't live there, but once a year I go there to see one of my PT. Everything is so quiet, and clean, that I even asked the front desk what age I need to be to live there, and she told me over 62, otherwise, I will be there for sure., And not to mention that I am very particular to pick the place I live.

Forest Hills, is a wonderful place to live. I've lived here over 3 yrs. We have the most caring staff under the direction of Charles James, who treats our home as though it was his personal residence. Our grounds are Out-Standing.
