Tried working with Troy Hammock who inevitably ghosted us causing us to lose out on a great property opportunity. He stopped responding after we decided not to hire the contractor he wanted us to use on another property we have. Seven years ago, Bob Shell listed and sold our home in 2 days. When we came back to the area after traveling full time the past seven years, we hired Tracy Pearasall to help us find a home that met our needs.
