I had a great experience with Clover Property Management during my lease renewal and inspection process. This was my first time renewing a lease with Clover Property Management Company, and I had many questions. Each time I called the office, the Clover staff directed me to the correct person and were attentive, clearly explaining the lease terms I had questions about. Their reassurance made me feel comfortable and confident signing my renewal. Ms. Jessica was especially professional, responsive, and made the renewal process smooth and stress-free. The entire Clover team did an excellent job handling inspections and promptly correcting maintenance issues in my home. I truly appreciate their efficiency, communication, and care for residents.

Jennifer Wilson was absolutely fantastic to work with! From start to finish, she was professional, thorough, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to make the entire inspection process easier. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people. She made sure everything was in order, that we didn't have any issues and the few minor ones we did, they were promptly acted on within an hour after she left. I’m so grateful I had Jennifer on my side and would highly recommend her to anyone - she’s the best!
