Extremely pleased with my experience using this inspection company. Everything was very professional, efficient and courteous, even let me know when they were in the neighborhood on the way to the appointment. I feel their prices are very fair as well. Second time I've used CC Inspection Services and I feel very comfortable recommending them!

Very Disappointed ! Called to get a wind mitigation before my insurance was due , was told it would be a Thursday or Friday of the following week so reached out to My renter and asked if they could be there . No call back no nothing , finally on the 14th day I called and was treated as I had never called . Re set back up btu was told now it was to late to get the report to the insurance company in time before I had to pay and that I could just could make payments ( finance Charges of 100 bucks if I did so ) So canceled ! Got emails saying I had set up and canceled , also when looking thru emails to make sure I didnt miss anything I saw where I had even used them before in the past . Bottom line is I was blown off this time . I even shot the company an email showing I had used them bef

I found out at the very last minute that I needed a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection to keep my homeowners insurance. This business was recommended to me and I called, quite certain that there was no way they could do the inspection and get the report back in the time frame I needed. I spoke with Bethany, who was so helpful and she was able to get me scheduled right away. I was kind of desperate and even offered to pay extra but I was told that no way they would charge anything extra. Kevin showed up the next day, did the inspection, and got the report to me and to my insurance company immediately. I am so grateful to this company for going the extra mile for me. They are dedicated, professional and reasonably priced. 100% recommend CC Inspection Services LLC!

There are like a thousand home inspectors out there and in my profession, I see so many reports every day from inspectors that do not complete the required forms correctly. With CC Inspection Services, I never have to worry whether or not the boxes are checked or there's missing information. They are extremely reasonably priced and they will take the time to answer any question that you may have. If payment is made by the end of the inspection day, you have your inspection report to turn into your insurance agent. Most inspectors do not have that type of turn-around-time.
