Coates Bluff at Wright Island Apartments

I’ve been here just shy of two weeks and everything has been great. I’m so happy I decided to make the change from my old apartments to Coates Bluff, the difference is night and day. The office staff is great, maintenance is on top of their game, the community is quiet, and most importantly I feel safe! Best apartment complex in Shreveport.

Beautiful & safe place to live . 2 bed 2 bath with swing in outdoor space. They have a community fitness center - with weekly yoga classes and fitness classes M to T, swimming pool, and walking trail by a Bayou.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Coates Bluff at Wright Island Apartments, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The property is well-maintained, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and valued. The location is perfect—nestled in a peaceful area yet still close to everything you need. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are always clean and well-kept, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time here. Living at Coates Bluff was the best living experience I have ever had! And that’s a long time! Karla the Property manager and her staff and Greg the property/maitenance manager and his staff were amazing! The property is kept pristine! And any issues are handled asap. The staff are very professional and so nice! They are very pet friendly! I felt very safe there and wish I did not have to move. I highly recommend living here or on The Willows!

Coates Bluff Apartments are amazing! The maintenance is literally a 10/10 and the staff is soo kind and helpful. They all go above and beyond and seem to genuinely enjoy their employment here. We have had an amazing experience living here and have had opportunities to rent elsewhere but decided to upgrade to a bigger apartment here because we did not want to leave the comfort and cleanliness of Coates Bluff. Apartments themselves are also aesthetically pleasing and spacious, with plenty of storage space. Oh and the pool/grill area is beautiful and very fun during the summer time. Highly recommend living here!
