This is a great home builder! We had a wonderful experience with this team building our home on Mexico Beach! This builder offers a lot of beautiful features that other builders don't offer (tall doors and ceilings, granite counter tops, updated light fixtures, entry way storage built-in, and extra closet space), and it is a turn-key experience. We are glad we chose them and would build with them again!

Coastal Classic Homes (Brian Knox and his team) was a genuinely great experience for us, mainly because of the integrity and respect they showed throughout the whole build. The biggest thing for me: we’ve been living in the home for six months and I still haven’t found the typical construction leftovers—no nails, trash, debris, or random scrap hiding in the yard or around the house. And as someone with dogs, that mattered a lot. Not having to worry about them stepping on something sharp or getting into something they shouldn’t was a huge relief. During construction, the site was so clean and organized that when the workers were gone, we could actually sneak our dogs up there with us to check on the progress without stressing. I recently purchased a new home in Horizon Point from Coastal Classic Homes. This home was well planned, and executed. Quality Craftsmanship and pride was definitely of top priority during this build. I am a Licensed General Contractor myself, and am very satisfied with this purchase. Me and my wife built a home with this company and I’m greatly disappointed. We thought we were getting more than a Horton home. We were greatly disappointed! It’s was less then a year we were in the home and the ceiling cracked. The doors keep falling off hinges. We call to have them come fix it and we either couldn’t get in touch with them or they say they’re sending a guy that never showed up. Don’t build with this company. You are better off going and buying a Horton home for the same price. I am greatly disappointed with the product we got for the money we paid. Over priced house that’s not any nicer then what D.R. Horton is doing. I’d actually take a D.R. Horton home over the house me and my wife built. The company needs to do better about returning when stuff needs to be fixed. I’ve
