Clairmont Reserve Apartment Homes

I'm moving to the Decatur area and decided to tour Clairmont Reserve Apartments. Let's just say I loved every bit of my tour. Staff were friendly and very welcoming, the atmosphere was refreshing, and they even offered me snacks throughout the tour. I almost wish I can tour it again. They definitely made apartment shopping less stressful. If you're looking for a place go check them out, they're real genuinely people.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to share my thoughts. My daughter will be living here next semester and I can’t thank Daion enough for how comfortable she made me feel with my decision to allow her to move here. My baby girl is moving away from home for the first time and I’ve been nervous about what that will look like. Daion allowed us to see multiple floorplans and explained the process from application to move in. I loved her positive & uplifting spirit. My daughter is excited for her new journey and I’m just glad she’ll be going to a place where she can enjoy where she lives.

I have been looking at apartments in the area for a while but this tour blew it out the water!! The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in, it felt like they cared to find me exactly what I was looking for. Every other place gave me the cold shoulder when I told them my move in time frame was Oct - little did they know I was prepared to sign immediately I just didn’t want to feel pressured. Again, the team was great, clean amenities, thorough & thoughtful tour experience 10/10!!

I had a chance to view the Clairmont Reserve complex this week while on the hunt for my next place. Daion was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was able to show me multiple floor plans so I could really compare my options and find what might work best for me. Still undecided, but a good experience nonetheless!

I toured here earlier this week and absolutely enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so welcoming and it smelled really nice as soon as I walked in. The closet in the one bedroom is so spacious so that made me happy. These days it’s hard to find places with enough storage space.
