Chesmar Homes at The Village of Manor Commons

TO SUM UP THIS REVIEW, Chesmar seems to value their homeowners very little. Before moving into my Chesmar home, I heard good things—decent houses, good build quality, good service, etc. However, I discovered that the contractors originally hired had been fired, leading to another company taking over. This resulted in numerous quality issues during my Punchlist walk (which were mostly addressed) and a sub-par warranty policy. The primary reason for my review is the poor service from Chesmar's warranty department. I purchased a corner home, and the neighboring plots of land are still undeveloped.
