This is my main bank that I go to, it is never super busy which I like. I am greeted as soon as I walk in, they provide coffee on the side.The staff are really helpful and quick with helping me with whatever services I may need. I wished they stayed open later because it's hard to get to a bank when you're stuck at work all day and then their close on Sunday's.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They really take the time to help you and get to know you. The private bankers are especially knowledgeable. I have never had a bad customer service experience here.
I just love this bank they treat everyone like royalty. Excellent customer service
It's a bank. Blah. But the people are usually friendly and the lines are not very long when you go there. Therefore, I like it. About as much as you can like a bank.
Terrible service, high fees. Go to a credit union.
