They're very prompt with communicating property needs and updates and they've been great with addressing any questions or concerns that I've had. Cal Agents has been excellent. They’ve worked with our landlord to make sure our place is in great shape and that we’re happy. They did a very thorough inspection when they took over the property managing. In just a couple of weeks, the team including Ahyeza, Jade, Ramiro, and Allan have been there every step of the way to fix plumbing, CO2/smoke alarms, supply a fire extinguisher, clean gutters, and other various maintenance.
