Never really had any issues at all with this place, iv been renting from them for two years, I should have rated them before now, but today it’s extremely cold, and is freezing outside, I couldn’t find any outside fixture covers to prevent them from freezing, so as I am outside wrapping them with anything I could find, the company pulls and they were there to cover the outside faucets! They were in the cold helping maintain the properties they over see, even though it wasn’t their responsibility to, it’s ours as renters, they still showed and showed that they cared in the freezing cold! Would definitely recommend this place!

we absolutely love our realtor Bridget Nix. She stood by us from day one of looking for a home. We had no idea what all we needed to do with paper work, credit building and finding a mortgage company...yet she went out of her way knowing we had no idea what we were doing. She never told us "no" at looking at homes (which a few realtor companys wouldn't give us the time unless we had money in hand). SHE IS THE BEST!

I called and texted my landlord for a month leading up to moving out of the rent house. I never received any messages back. The day I moved out I showed up to return my keys and Mary the landlord was no where to be found. One week later her voicemail box is full so i can not send any voicemails and she still will not respond to my messages about my down deposit. Do not recommend this place. Terrible service if you are young. They only care about taking your money.

Crystal McGahan exceeded my expectations. My first time buying a home was with another realtor, when I was trying to sell my home,Crystal went above and beyond, if i didn't understand something i could call her or text her and if she didn't know she would find out for me.If i was to buy another home or sell in Texas, I would definitely have her help. After calling 4 times, leaving a message with the guy at the office and texting to finally my mom calling for someone to get back with us. AND they told my mom that we NEVER called to get ahold of them or left any messages. LOL yeah okay makes total sense. NOT. I could have already been moving into my own place by now if I had done it myself. I understand people get busy but there wasn’t even a form of communication. Now we’re told the renter went with someone else, but told my boyfriend before that we were first in line. I hope I never have to deal with this place again. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Thanks for nothing Mary. If there is another side to this, I wouldn’t know. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to save my life but they were more than happy to take my $80 dollars for an app
