I want to start off by saying, before my initial property manager retired, I had no issues. But when he retired and Adrian and Brittany took over is when I started having problems. They took over my rental property sometime in spring/summer of 2021 (I believe) and I had a renter already living in it. I was notified in late January 2023 by Adrian that the tenant would be moving out in February, they gave notice back in November but with the holidays, he must’ve lost track of everything. I was frustrated with the short notice, but found someone to move in at the end of February. I was then notified by receiving an invoice that Adrian had painted the inside of the house without notifying me. When I asked him about it, he said the house really needed it but I told him it would be nice to know

I never leave reviews, but after my experience with a Century 21 Elite SB realtor, it seems pertinent to share my experience. My wife and I made plans to visit an open house in Haughton that was listed (on Zillow) for Thursday during lunch hours; the "plans" included arranging childcare for 2 kids, bringing along a newborn, and rescheduling an appointment. We showed up on time and waited with another interested buyer, but a realtor never showed. I called the number on the Realtor's sign and was transferred to the listing agent (Faith) who said that she was running late and would be at the property in 15 minutes. The phone call was 25 minutes after the open house was supposed to begin - but, I get it, things come up. After waiting 40 minutes I receive a text message from Faith indicati

Worse company ever. I have rented under them three years, never had issues until recently. Dealing with both Brittany Cory, & Adrian has been a nightmare. Today, I called to follow up on a work order from December, 2022. I was informed by Adrian, he will not provide a date of when they will send someone out, and we have other orders that are top priority. Meanwhile, I can't access my garage, the foundation in the house is cracking, the garage door coming inside is separated from the panel leaving a big gap, where all the heat/or cool weather comes in. Adrian, went on to say to me today, "I heard your loan fell through on the house congratulations. Your lender told me." Breech of confidentiality. I have been discrimated against, ans treated like garbage from both above. Three years no com

I usually don’t do this, but this situation was honestly wild and unprofessional. After paying app fees and going through the motions I was approved for this house. Not two days later I was informed the house was sold and I could no longer move in. About a week before this I mentioned to the agent that there was a for sale sign in the yard and asked specifically if it was on the market to be sold. I was told “the owner is just trying to help with the rental”. So it’s either bad communication or a lie. Take this as you will, but use caution when applying for something here.
