Candler Village Apartments

The staff is wonderful. Especially Kimberly!! She's professional, polite and helpful. The property is older but very nice. There is a playground and it's convenient to stores, shopping and the expressway. Definitely check out Candler Village!

I've lived here 4 months now. Their office staff is terrible! They dont even have a laundry room any more to make you leave without you being able to fold your clothes. Any ways, for me it's been problematic ever since Eric left. Salida has it now. I never liked her from the start! When I moved in I told them directly that my tub needs to be resurfaced n the constant drip fixed. Maintenance was scheduled to come out and never showed, without contacting me to tell me otherwise. *They scheduled it again for today 7/2 and repeated history. Didn't come out, didn't let me know and without contacting me. This complex n staff are lame and uncommitted at best. TERRIBLE!! if my daughter didn't live a block away, I'd be gone!

DO NOT MOVE HERE this place is horrible 1st off there is no laundry room 2nd they are hardly in the office here 3rd the late fee is 200 thats outrageous 4th the way the rent falls I have to pay after the 1st and they will send threatening emails and texts and drop off notes in your mailbox almost everyday. Property management is a joke they need new people and if the rent would be on the 15th or the late fee wasn't so much that would be great they act as if these apartments are luxurious far from it but I do not appreciate being harassed because I need this place for me and my children and have to use every check to pay for it Im trying over here but something needs to change

These people are charging me for moving out when my lease was up. I guess it's my fault because we told them we weren't renewing since they weren't going to allow us to move to another unit after 3 years and never being late on payment.Plus them charging us for not having rental insurance when we did. "Wonderful" people.
