Sense I been here. Everything breaking down cause its rid up. My window been broken sense. I moved in. I was told its alot of them like that. Well. Yall need to be fixing things that's broke

I use to love staying here. But over the last couple of years it has turned into a nightmare! There is kids running around unsupervised. Teens smoking in the hallways and leaving their evidence behind. Trash is everywhere you walk. The halls are absolutely disgusting and smells horrible. If something breaks in your apartment then you better get out your own tool box because there isn't a real maintenance man to fix anything. There is no longer an exterminator to keep roaches and other bugs out of your apartment. You would have to buy stuff yourself to keep them away. Mold is everywhere. The elevators is never working so if your handicap it's going to be a problem. The stairs have so much trash on them that you don't even wanna use them. The smell of trash and pee is very overwhelming in th

First of all someone died in the lobby, can we unpack that for a second? For most of the residents that live at this property seen this issue coming from a mile away. Upper management should do more to secure the property. There has been a string of car break in’s with nothing happening. Probably unrelated but either way security and the gate should be fixed to prevent as much as possible.

My mom has lived in this community for 15 years. The new management is caring and very supportive of the residents. I truly appreciate Anita and her staff.

I stayed here briefly this summer. I feel the most of the staff are unpleasant. However, the residents are pretty nice. Many times they will hold open the enormous gate for others to enter. On the first floor, the workout room and business office are always empty. I mean ALWAYS empty... I wonder why??
