Camden Franklin Park Apartments

Camden Franklin is a beautiful place tucked in Franklin away from the city noise and yet very close to highway 65 and other major roads! Stores, banks, churches and much more. Very quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. The staff at Camden really works hard to maintain this area and keep it very clean. From parking in the garage to walking around it feels very peaceful and secure. We are happy to be living here. Thank you.

We absolutely love living at Camden Franklin Apartments! With an infant, the garage access and elevators to every floor have been a total game changer — no juggling stairs, strollers, or bad weather. The location is fantastic, the apartments are clean and modern, and the lobby is stunning. The package room is also incredibly convenient. Uju made the entire leasing process seamless and stress-free. She was not only efficient and knowledgeable but also warm, genuine, and truly invested in helping us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Our experience at Camden Franklin Park has been nothing but positive. Uju and Carrie went above and beyond helping us select the right unit and get settled in. Brian, Shon, and Rob are always quick, friendly, and reliable when it comes to service requests. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been both professional and approachable. I’ve never seen apartment staff engage with residents the way they do here or put in so much effort to create a positive living experience. The property is beautifully maintained and in a prime, convenient location. We’ve felt incredibly welcome and are truly happy to be here.

Uju and all of the staff at Camden Franklin Park Apartments have been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me in coordinating a long distance move. My every question has been answered in an efficient, timely manner by Uju. I would highly recommend Camden Franklin Park Apartments! The apartments are beautiful and modern. I love the location and having access to the park located across the street.

The worst experience. I can’t even list every problem I had while living there: theft/vandalism, poorly maintained building (no washing machine or repair for 10 days), the residents who carelessly pollute the building with dog feces, garbage bags carelessly thrown in trash room, the constant stink wafting through the hallways either from garbage or pet waste and so much more!! They DO NOT care about YOU the tenant. If you have any concerns while living there good luck. You have been warned! The worst building I’ve EVER lived in.
