Spotless Apartment Complex,the people out here that are trashing the place were people that were either evicted for non payment of rent or,abused the property or were people that lived like pigs that leases were not renewed,monthly pest control,live onsite property manager and live onsite maintenance staff
I've lived here going on 6 yrs. This place was very well kept before Micheal.. after that it's been infested with roaches, drugs and trash everywhere. Sad to see this place fall apart.
The white man who is over the apartment complex tried to charge me 700 to fix a door with out a receipt and told me he is going to kick me out if I don’t pay it I also heard he be sneaking in people apartment stealing their belongings you pay 995 but you don’t get any type of pest control which is apart of your rent
Had some of the best times of my life living here. Perfect place to call home.
