Absolute terrible complex. Does nothing about problematic neighbors. My neighbors smoked excessive amount of marijuana, we’re extremely loud, and threatened our well being. I complained many times and nothing was done. My entire security deposit was taken even though my lease hadn’t started yet. They filed with a collector and my credit tanked. They shut off the water almost every day for about 6 months straight of me living there. Nothing was updated. A man passed away in my unit before I moved in, management lied about this and many of his items were still in the apartment and nothing was cleaned. I would recommend living anywhere but here.

Feel compelled to leave this review after finding from my sister that “Sam” in apt 96 left one three years ago. 👋 hi I’m Aly and my wife and I were apt 95 under Sam. Maybe if you didn’t lock your dog in the pantry for excessive amounts of time (a day plus) we wouldn’t have had to listen to the poor thing bark, cry and scratch to be let out when you left it there. Maybe if you had taken care of the animal we wouldn’t have called the cops for a check on it, or maintenance. And I won’t touch on other things we heard at ungodly hours. We lived in 95 for 2 years, just over 4 years ago. No one that is happy ever leaves reviews lol, but here I am. Maintenance was always fast to respond to our needs. Pillar forces residents to pay for Spectrum cable and internet, which is a subpar service. You cannot decline this charge. The rent increases every year with no improvements. Laundry cost increases with no improvements and the laundry rooms are DISGUSTING. They are not cleaned and many people who live here have a very low standard of cleanliness. I have recently begun to see rats in the parking lot.

Lived here for about 2 years. Nosey Neighbors, price increases for spectrum, even if you declined in taking part of there services you still got charged for it which made your rent higher. Every other day the water was getting shut off because god forbid they figure out how to fix there water issues. There where days I’d come home after working in the heat covered head to toe in sweat and dirt from work and would have to wait till 7-8 pm just to shower because they wanted to shut the water off at 2 in the afternoon to fix something that should/could have been done in the morning. The Neighbors are nosey as all, they complain about everything rather than minding there own, one of them would even come up and just start messing with my vehicle while I was inside or claim that my tire from my

Decent place to live. Apartment complex never does anything about a neighbor who harasses us, our child, as well as previous tenants, and sometimes passerby outside. Harassed me through floors for walking on the floors while I was pregnant (heavy steps), harassed me through floors at night while I was feeding my newborn (floors are just creaky, we’re quiet). It was 24/7 harassment for months until we finally called the police. Sometimes he still harasses us and nothing has been done. From other reviews, this seems like a common problem. Otherwise clean and good maintenance! Quiet, and I overall like the neighbors. Good price and affordable. Property staff is friendly.
