Been tenant for about two years with Justine and honestly the worst landlord possible she makes promises via text messages or tells me to do stuff via messages and then when her secretary doesn’t like it, she changes her word. Honestly just cause rent is decent over here and the only reason we stay, but would not recommend for nobody else to rent with them. and I am never late on my rent

Bad service with ladies lying in the office, then deny it. Understable if a person was denied due to credit. But to say because of an eviction when that person has never rented before. Just bad customer service on that part

Love Bahia property it is always well maintained and the people are nice. Renata is a great manager. I very much appreciate the help today. Thank you!!
