I understand that rental requirements can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they're in place to ensure a fair and consistent process for everyone. Things like written employment verification or rental history are commonly requested, especially when paystubs aren't available. These documents help us make informed decisions and aren't meant to be personal or discouraging. While some properties may not offer exceptions, that doesn't mean the manager is rude!!, it's simply part of their standard procedure.

The lady in charge of the application process is extremely rude, I'm understanding that they have requirements that are to avoid "bad" renters but my experience with her as a first time renter trying to look for a place was very awful. I tried getting a 1 bdr unit and met all the requirements, only problem was I didn't have rental history and couldn't get the employee verification letter. My employer doesn't give verification letter because people in the past have tampered with them and misused them, but my employer was happy to call and verify another way but when she did the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hope the owner looks into how the manager runs things very unprofessional and very rude. Any first renters that have no or little experience with the rental application

Intresting place. I called to get info on the apartment for rent. It's a 2 bedroom. Going for 1,650 a month. The woman I talked to told me the requirements are to make 3 times more the rent which is ok because every place does either 2.5 or 3 times. But when I told her it was going to be my wife, mom and I she told me that my wife and I can combine our income but my mom would have to be separate. So in total they wanted my wife and I to make 4,950 combine and my mom to make the same alone. Is that right ? I've never ever had a requirement like that. Almost 10k in income per month for our household. Come on, if we made that we would much rather buy a house. If the "owner" or so reads this. Is what I'm told accurate? I am also looking to move asap and this place fit our needs. I'm giving 1 s

It’s absolutely understandable that they request for rental requirements, most of the properties with units for rent are requesting the same, had great experience with them, very kind personal and super clean complex!! Keep waiting for a vacancy for me!!
