Is this the property that was reportedly riddled with mold before ever being leased to tenants? If so, were licensed remediators hired to address it? I've been unable to get any response about this and given Elmington Property Management's history of forcing tenants to live for months with mold invading their apartments, I would appreciate an answer.
Absolutely stunning new property great location close to schools community events, shopping center new restaurants, and the best part about the new property is it’s affordable! Great job!!!
Avoid Elmington Property Management altogether.
