Don't move in here, the place looks beautiful from the outside, the pool is not for everyone, they don't tell you this when you first move in, supposed to be a hot tub in the senior building, it has been closed for various reasons more than it has been opened, supposed to have pool tables, a lounge and a library in the Senior building and it's never left Opened for us to use at our leisure. This areas are only open very limited hours, very limited days of the week. There is restrooms in the lobby that residents can not use. Employees are allowed to live in apartments, rent free and still get an income. I don't think that's right. We don't get a discount. Don't even consider these apartments. They don't care about people or they would be answering requests for information, and they certainly aren't.

Advertised as "luxury" but they won't tell you it's actually full of refugees and section 8. My mom's retired friend regrets moving there and is suffering from all the noise, garbage and crime that our wonderful HUD programs bring as well as section 8. Don't put "luxury apartments" in the same sentence as "refugees" please. Those of us who retired after a lifetime of work or still work don't want to live in a ghetto enviornment. I would NOT recomment for elderly or clean working class.

Would not recommend, I could write paragraphs in regards to our experince but I will just give you the most recent. Management illegally installed handicapped signs on public roads causing many vehicles to be towed. I am all for handicap parking but to do so illegally is the problem. They are not willing to refund any towing fees to owners until they review all details. Funny! They are at fault what is there to review? The city did come out and remove the illegal signs.

Great looking apartments but inefficient leasing agents. Went there twice and twice I was given different or wrong information.
