Worst rental company ever. Did not try to make things right, just said “sorry for the inconvenience”. Upon checking into my room their was a shop vac and sewer soaked smelling towels all over the bathroom. After I moved and cleaned everything up, the plumber returns at 9 pm while my kids were sleeping to finish the job. If the room is not ready DON’T rent it out then, pretty easy concept.

This place is legit & awesome ! I went with my girl to Universal Studios for our anniversary. We were in a tight budget which this place was very economical . My favorite part was there is a kitchen full equipped which help us save money instead of wasting money eating outside .

Pésima experiencia, hice una reservación con ellos y pusieron mal mi fecha de reservación, la hice para febrero y me reservaron en enero, así que llegue y no tuve donde quedarme, es un fraude que pongas una fecha y te pongan otra, aparte me cobraron y no me regresaron mi dinero, aun siendo su error.
