Mario, had faith in you until my security/safety is now in jeopardy as someone made a less than intelligent decision. Having posted a good review I am Now AWARE SAFETY is not of concern to whoever made that decision. What a difference a day makes. The entire building is infested with cockroaches. They turn off the water for the 8 hours during the day, multiple times a month, at least 60+ days per year. If any resident has a water problem, they have to turn off the water for all 100 apartments. The rent is excessive considering the conditions you have to live in. Update: 8 years later the building is still infested with cockroaches. The complex does very little to make sure that there are not gigantic cockroaches all over the premises. Not sure why there are comments about roaches. We found one roach in our apartment. I called Linda and she immediately scheduled for pest control. They came and I haven't seen another roach for 2 years. I feel like people are simply just lying on these reviews because they got evicted.

I am sorry but these last 4 comments have to be the leasing office themselves because Linda (site manager ) is not in ANY WAY PROFESSIONAL. Anyone can walk into this apartment ask any and i literally mean any, resident that lives here what type of person she is, myself included, and they will tell you she is the worse representation for corporate or any business. She cannot control her temper. The tone of voice she uses outside of showing the property to an interested renter is beyond disrespectful toward all tenants. I have recordings of her being so unprofessional arguing, name-calling, and making false accusations to the police about situations and that is no way to handle any situation good or bad.
