Talavera Apartments

I just moved in and I love the place. Its beautiful inside my unit! The way rents are, Its a good deal if you ask me. Its not a modern building but its well kept. We have a pool, jacuzzi & barbeques.

0/5 stars Rude and very professional manager Savanah. They don't take people serious when apply and waste their money on the application fee. Got denied only because didn't take the tour and wasn't even told or given the option. Communication sucks as well, doesn't call people back wow.

This place can be ok with the right management. Decent value for the money, and I was pretty happy living here. Until... the management changed. This Hailey manager is completely ignoring my calls. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her for 3 weeks now, calling, leaving messages for 3 weeks! And nothing, no response. How is that even possible? And that’s the only number for the apartment complex management. The leasing office is of course closed, lazy people use covid as an excuse to close down the office. Also the cockroaches are becoming a real problem. I hope the owner of of the building complex address the management issues

Absolutely TERRIBLE management and tenants are involved in criminal activity. This apartment: 19609 SHERMAN WAY APT 321 RESEDA, CA 91335-7930 Is involved in stealing identity for their bills. Be aware of this place, wouldn't recommend living there as I am submitting a police report for this apartment and the whole building.

Long Time Tenant. I like my home I will probably never move unless I buy a house. They maintain the building and do repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Current management gets the job done. I would recommend to friends and family, only thing is that rents have gone up but that is everywhere now.
