One of their realtors likes to harrass the neighbors of their properties. And selling houses as a full renovation when the house still has cracked and broken foundations and sinking in floors. That realtor is very unprofessional gathered the neighbors homeowners personal number without homeowners permission. If this is how you allow your realtors to act that says a lot about this company!

Absolute nightmare, buying a home off of!! Raine and Casey idk which one is which but I’m sure it was Casey, to start the ac went out they called a company to fix it. The company told the realtor to tell the buyer which is us to call them to set up the appointment. The realtor never called us. I end up calling and asking when it would be fixed and this is why I learned all this information. Also, once we sign papers, they taught us. We cannot move in until the wire was fully completed never had to do this before if I ever buy a house again I will never buy a house that is being sold by benchmark reality.

Brandi MacLaren have been harassing me with email of houses I do not want. First, I was looking for a house for some area in Nashville tn. I told her the area I was looking for . She get upset she said I need to go to Lebanon. I told her no. .she never sent me houses for that area and now the economy change for the worst. I told her that I’m no longer interested in buying a house at this time.. I called her several times. She did not return my call. I emailed her twice. She did not respond to me. She keep on flooring my email. with houses .I have called the office twice. There’s someone in her office sent to voicemail when I wanted to complain to the supervisor, This is not acceptable. It become a crime with Brandi. if you don’t buy a house from her. Someone in her coworker. they are ter

I give zero stars. I tried two agents from here and both failed me, failing to represent me well in my opinion. One overpriced my home so it wouldn't sell and I had to keep asking she lower the price and the other I barely ever saw. If he did show he was checking his watch obviously in front of me the entire few minutes he showed, always having to go home or to the airport. He would offer to help but then not show up. Got to the point I laughed at him when he offered. He didn't protect my interests and he failed to go over the sales contract with me in person and not even the settlement statement. I was shocked and devastated when I saw the settlement statement. That should never be allowed to happen and a good, reputable agent would not. The agent did not seem experienced or well-trained

My experience started off on the rough side and ended up great. My sister and I had to sell my father’s house after he passed . The house was only 18 years old but needed a few repairs like the fence , deck ,painting and shutter repairs. We wanted to sell as is but our realtor Mike Limbacher suggested putting his own money up for these $16,000 repairs after getting a bunch of poor reviews. We took his offer fix the needed items and got a full price offer the next day . I’m from Ny and this kind of thing won’t happen in the north, that’s a new level of southern hospitality. All things considered Mike made things go as smoothly as possible. If you’re in the area go with Mike Limbacher and his expertise you won’t be disappointed.
