AVE Florham Park

Everyone with whom I come in contact - leasing office, front desk, maintenance staff - are outstanding. Always professional, friendly, and positive. I've lived here almost 8 years and have never had a negative interaction or experience. Also, the community is always spotless. Best apartment community in which I've ever lived. I would highly recommend to anyone.

For all the years that I have lived here, The Ave has been a welcoming community. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure each resident has what they need. The maintenance team is responsive and thorough. Most importantly, the administrative team truly lives out their roles to ensure The Ave is more than a place to sleep, but a place to live. When I was ill, the team noticed. They made sure I had my groceries when they were delivered and called to check on me often. Warm smiles and joyful interactions demonstrate that they don’t just know my name; they know me. For that, I am grateful. Moving to The Ave is the best decision I have ever made.

We recently sold our home and downsized our NJ residence to an apartment at the AVE Florham Park. We absolutely love it here!! The apartments are spacious, bright and beautiful, and the amenities are just fabulous!!! It feels like we are living in a luxury hotel. The gym, theatre, lounge areas and conference spaces provide ample options for relaxation, exercise, remote work and entertaining. The outdoor spaces are just as gorgeous and useful to our family (pool, barbecues, sitting areas with tvs, fire pits, dog park, etc.) They have literally thought of everything!! Even my dog loves it here!!! Megan guided us through the entire leasing process, and was just wonderful to work with!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and always extremely responsive. We loved working with her!!! T

The best place to live ever! People, building, amenities, location, everything is perfect and beautiful. I don’t have enough words to explain how everyone helped me to make my life easier during almost 2 years. I really love to be part of AVE community.

Good living and complete facilities - we have lived her for three years and feel at home. There is a lot of activity and support. The overall corporation (ownership entity) can feel as if they are more focused on charging a premium vs. delivering a great customer experience when it comes to fees and extras.
