Wish I could put negative stars but you have to put a star to review. Poor management, all they care about is money as they raise the rents which are high to begin with. Lori the property manager is always yelling and saying how busy she is and she doesn't care about the people that live here and pay her salary. She fired the only person that cared about the place, Adam, he is the only reason we resigned this year and she bad mouths him. Why cause we liked him and not her? Seriously no holiday decorations? Last year I saw Adam go nuts putting them up and all. Since he isn't here the place looks dirty, unorganized, and you have to wait for service. Lori is definitely not property manager material. Not resigning this year.

Nice modern open floor plan with a few amenities. Rooms are a good size. Lots of natural light. Reply to maintenance requests is handled in a timely manner. The best location - can walk to restaurants and shopping.

147 is a great complex, convenient to Mtown, Madison & Chatham. The complex itself is well maintained and has solid amenities for its size. The staff are very helpful and available. Oveerall its been a great 16 months

I added a review several months ago and got a call from the leasing office to remove my bad review and I wish I had kept it up because this has been the worst complex I have stayed at in my 12 years of renting. I don’t know how they keep getting other bad reviews deleted because the fact that there are any 5 star reviews is mind blowing. Not only are the walls paper thin, causing me to lose sleep every night and be groggy at work, but this place is unsafe in my opinion. We even recently had a few car burglaries that they just sent a notice out about. But the cherry on top of this all is that, despite paying every single rent on time (most even paid early) for a full YEAR, they SUED me for late payment of rent without any notice that 2 of my payments didn’t go through. I was the second person to move into this new complex over a year ago and LOVE living here! Adam, the maintenance supervisor, is so quick to fix anything and do annual maintenance / replacements in units. I relocated here from California, and made the perfect choice!
