My review specifically addresses Denice in SRB re my condo. In years past we’ve had truly terrible and unengaged CAM Managers … until DENICE! FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY we have a cam manager who LISTENS, RESPONDS, treats owners with respect and friendliness while still remaining true to our HOA and is simply a breath of fresh air after decades of lackluster managers with bad attitudes. Thanks to specifically DENICE for the above and beyond service and communication. We actually see her WALK OUR GROUNDS on a consistent basis which is something every cam manager should do. We need more Denice’s

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The only thing AMS has going on for them is they are on the low end of pricing; but you know how the saying goes: you get what you pay for. Our board knew they were not great, but we honestly had no idea how poor of a management company they were until we switched to a new company and overnight every single variable improved. It's astounding how much inaccurate information we received from this company. *Incompetent, unprofessional CAM staff. *Poor accounting practices *Lack of modern knowledge/expertise *Very old-school, low-tech. There was rejoicing from our residents when we changed companies. Do yourself a favor, if you're shopping for a new CAM company - take AMS off the list.
