If you want peace and quiet, don’t move here. If you want to work from home, don’t move here. There is CONSTANT work in these apartments, there are teams of trucks rolling in as early as 6 in the morning. I’ve never been in a complex so noisy. With the cost, I certainly don’t expect to not have peace in my home. I keep hoping one day all this noise will stop, because at some point you HAVE to be finished right? The pictures are a CONSTANT occurrence. If it’s not constant power outages (the lights go off with just a hint of rain), it’s landscaping cutting down trees at 7a. We just renewed our lease too, now having some regret.

I’ve been here over a year and while the location is ideal, the place itself is in need of repair from the staff to the exorbitant fees they charge to live here. One thing you’ll notice about most of the reviews on here, like other places in Atlanta, is that most of the 5 stars are not from residents but those who meet with someone in the management office who probably butters them up and asks them for a review after they tour the place. As for my stay at Cortland, I will say that the fees they charge should be illegal. Please note that if you look at what rent is a month, let’s say $1700, that number is false. They add an additional $100-115 on top of that for a variety of things out of your control like “community electric” and a $7 service fee for the “Conservice” app that they utilize

Been living here for almost 2 years now and the apartment itself is great. A little expensive but spacious nonetheless. The best thing about the complex is maintenance. They are quick to resolve any maintenance requests/pest control issues. New management however has caused the customer service to go downhill. The leasing office used to be open M-Sat but now it operates on a M, W, F, Saturday schedule and it’s only open from 10a-6p which is very inconvenient. Even on the days they are open, they don’t always answer and are slow to return voicemails/resolve issues. I’ve had several issues recently with packages not being in the spot the carrier shows it was delivered, as well as packages being stolen from the mail room and nothing done about it (even though there appears to be cameras in th

I lived here for two years in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with a sun room and no balcony. The apartment itself I really liked. Wish I would've spent more time in the sun room. Master bedroom, closet, and bathroom were very spacious. The community, in my opinion, was very quiet for the most part. Any noise issues we had came from upstairs neighbors, not from the community. Enjoyed being away from noisy and heavy traffic interstate. When I first moved in, management and leasing staff were great. They were nice and quick to act, respond, and resolve. They had a lot of monthly activities, like Wine Wednesday once a month and other seasonal activities like making a Vision Board at the start of the new year (and providing materials for a set number of residents that had RSVP'ed) and having a food

In the summer of 2023, I made the move to Cortland Viridian. Approaching my one-year anniversary here, I feel it's time to share my candid thoughts. My leasing consultant, Rachel, was attentive and pleasant, ultimately swaying my decision to choose this place. Despite the price being a bit higher than I'd prefer, the area's safety convinced me to proceed with the rental process, which went smoothly. Opting for the Savannah- screen in porch layout a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was a solid choice; it's a charming space. The neighborhood is generally peaceful, despite the nearby train, which is inaudible from inside my apartment. My neighbors have been considerate, and any maintenance issues I've had were promptly addressed by the courteous maintenance crew. Our apartment gate remains ope
