Arbor Chase Apartment Homes

Not a good first impression. Dryer has not worked since I moved in on 11/28. And won’t be fixed until the end of this week maybe along with a list of other maintenance issues. Office is not helpful and maintenance is not responsive. Hopefully things get better here.

I rate this place an 1 out of 5 stars because it had changed a lot since I first stayed here back in 2016 - 2019. I moved to Arbor Chase again in July 2022 and shortly after move in there was nothing but trouble and drug activity to someone breaking into our apartment and busting in our windows. It was absolutely ghetto and for $1850/month? I don’t think so. Plus we had a cockroach infestation too and notices of money being owed which wasn’t true… I left these apartments June 2024 and never looked back. Glad to see a new management company can actually do there jobs unlike Tecton Corporation did.

Maintenance lead is amazing she takes her time to explains things she puts her all into fixing things around here goes above and beyond

Let me first share how very sad my move out was for me and my family me, because I had to return my keys and my apartment. I loved living at Arbor Chase apartments. I can't say enough good things about the new management (Nicole and Eze) they truly care about Arbor Chase community. their level of efficiency, professionalism, and the perfect balance of family vibe is what I will miss the most. when ever my grandchildren would come visit and accompany me to the office they would get a snack and juice right at eye level for the children. If you start to leave the office before grabbing something they encourage everyone to grab a snack before leaving. Nicole and Eze have different themed events and invite all to stop in. I am a long time resident here and I like that it is close to work and my children's school. Three of my children have lived here since they were born. The maintenance person Doug is very nice and always has a smile on his face. The new lady in the office her name is Mona. She was very patient and understanding when helping with a problem I had. She helped me the same day. I really appreciate the staff here and all that they do. This is by far the best community I've been at.
