Little to none communication about properties. I was suppose to receive a call back 2 weeks ago about a viewing. Unprofessional, even if it’s rented or not on the market what’s wrong with communicating that.
Pathetic company. Its taking our buyers loan to close more than 45 days, they made us loose our dream home in Arizona because of there unprofessional and lack of communication skills. If it were for me i will give them no stars at all. Don't use this company. My husband Ruben Avila and I are so upset.
Folks, Stay well clear of this company & agents. They will cost you a fortune, & in the end you will have a property you cannot sell because they failed to disclose some extremely important inspections, codes, and permits were not obtained. They are a sham.
Friendly staff and great real estate exam prep course, I passed on the first try!
I have no words for such deplorable existence for a business.
