Cerritos Apartments

This community is one of the best places to live in the area, offering convenient access to all essential facilities. We have lived in this apartment for the past eight years and have consistently enjoyed peace of mind. The staff is cooperative, attentive, and highly responsive. In particular, Juan has been exceptional—he is one of our favorite team members and always resolves any issues in our unit promptly.

Juan helped my mom out on really short notice today fixing a shower door that had come loose from its track. Outstanding work! He was kind, clean, and complete. Made sure the job was done and done right. Genuinely makes my mom happy to live here to have such great staff around. Thank you Juan!

My wife and I appreciate maintenance staff and Juan for identify a faulty electrical plug behind our refrigerator that was emitting a burnt wiring odor for several days. 🙏🏾Amen. Thanks ALL Cerritos Apts. staff.

We lived at the Cerritos Apartments during the 6 months our house was getting remodeled. We were so incredibly lucky to find this place! They offered a short-term lease that was comparable to other apartment complexes we looked at and the units we were able to visit were clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for our family of 3. The complex is located in a safe neighborhood and only minutes away from the Cerritos Town Center and many local ABCUSD schools. The apartment managers were really easy to work with and easy to communicate with.

First off, I don't live here, but I do have friends that do, and these are some very nice apartments! Almost every time I come here, they regularly have maintenance people making sure things are in tip-top shape, and cutting the lawns regularly. From my limited observations of the staff, they were really friendly and did their best to help my friends out, and I'm sure they do the same for other tenants. Soundproofing could be a bit better it seems. These buildings are well maintained for what they are, but you can still hear some residual sounds bleeding through the vertical and horizontal layers. Not SUPER loud --I've been in poorly maintained apartments, and you can't have an actual conversation without people snooping in-- It's really only slightly audible, but I thought worth noti
